[Resolved] Zomato — deficiency in service | |||||
My food was accepted and confirmed, and at the last minute was cancelled without a warning. I was given a call by zomato informing me that i will be immediately refunded the order amount, so i could re order. I was never given the remedy so promised. This is deficiency in service. Zomato should be punished punitively. No app after confirming your order should be able to say, that your order could not be confirmed. Was this information helpful? | |||||
