Zomato — delay in delivering order | |||
I had ordered pizza today, the estimated time was shoing as around 30min. Restaurant accepted the order and the order was picked up on time. But still it took double the time to deliver the order. I had ordered the food for my mom and following the estimated time by zomato, she had her diabetes medicine 10minutes before the delivery time and she got the food after 30 minutes. This lead to her very low blood sugar level and she had to eat something on her own. And then when the food arrived, my mom already had the food made by her and moreover the food delivered had become cold, soggy and dry. I would like to claim for a refund.
