Zomato — Delay in delivery | |||||
I was told that my order would be delivered by 12:44 pm. However, it was 1:40 and nothing! The restaurant said that the delivery guy left and met with an accident and came back but noone decided to tell me about it..my order was already paid for. I asked zomato about it and they had no idea, and they just could not track it. Horrible horrible experience handling deliveries. I had to literaly ask them 3 times if i would be compensated and they said to make up they would give me some zomato credit. How unprofessional are you guys!? Was this information helpful? | |||||
