Zomato — delay in food and poor customer service

Every time order the food from zomato they deliver the it very late. If we will chat with the customer service they give following excuses
1. We do apologise for inconvenience that have caused to you.
2. We will give you token of apology of inr 75 or sometimes inr 100
3. The food is getting deliver by restaurant and not by zomato and driver is stuck in the traffic

Sometimes after writing all this some of the agents end the chat. This is not the first time i am getting the problem same after each and every order they do.
There intentions are bad that they dont allow sometimes to the customers to select for free delivery if food is delay as per time given.

I ordered recently from indo - chinese stories by bhai-g new friends colony. At the time of order it was mentioned it will be deliver by 02:14pm. After followup with restaurant and zomato i got the above answers which always get. They given me inr 100 as compensation voucher as i am beggar.

Poor and worst services.
