[Resolved] Zomato — delay in order and ignoring my requests | |||||
I placed an order from zomato last night at 10:00 p. M. (14/08/2018) and i got a call from the delivery boy that he is not able to deliver on time so i tried to convey same info to zomato customer service but they are not ready to listen to my request and stick with same delivery boy that made a huge wait for food which is around 2 hr. At the end, they cancel my order and made me sleep hungry. Was this information helpful? | |||||
