Zomato — delay promo code issue for order# [protected] | |||
I have placed subjected order at 8:19 pm and opt on time delivery using respective payment of rs 10. I was promised to deliver order at 8:55 pm but when i make a call at 8:55 the valet was not nearby me. He reached at my destination late than proposed time and till then my food got expired. That was totally waste for any human. But neither zomato pay attention on my food nor they provide my delay promo code worth rs 200. I have mailed the same content to zomato but they deliberately denied to give me compensation for this late order as they promised me before placing order. Please see attached snapshot of email content and late order proof for reference. Please have a look into this seriously. Its anot only me zomato behaving like that way, there are number of people suffering from this arbitrary nature of zomato. Please help me to get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
