I am from hyderabad near habsiguda. On 31st may 2018 at 8:51pm i placed an order with a mod of payment cod, after 10 mins i received a confirmation that i will be receiving my ordered food by 9:36pm. At 9:45pm the delivery boy called me and asked me to cancel the order as the restaurant is not accepting the order but how come if zomato is confirming that the order has been confirmed then how they can now tell me to cancel from my end. At last after several phone calls i received my food by 10:15pm. Also the delivery boy is not comfortable in hindi.. So which means only who knows english or telegu can order food through zomato?? This is ridiculous. When the delivery boy came to my house to deliver the food he asked me to come out from my door to pay the cash.. Again what is the issue if i am handing over the cash from inside the door, not sure but really a worst experience from zomato.. I will hate to order food from them in future.
