Zomato — delivered my food to the wrong person | |||
I had ordered fried rice with chichken from anarkali restaurant durgapur. The food was delivered by asish (#[protected]) who gave it to someone else and on being confronted was persistant of having given it to the right guy. After an hour of hassling i was able to reach the guy who had taken my food and took it from him. But in mean time there was no help from delivery boy or zomato chat. Both of them were persistant that food has been delivered and did not show any empathy. The zomato chat guy was abysmal.. He misbehaved and was very rude. I have never come across a consumer help which is this ill mannered and disrespectful. We had this conversation on call so i dont have any proof but maybe u will have recordings. I expect you to take action against this zomato chat guy or i will have to forward this complaint to consumer forum. Was this information helpful? | |||
