On reaching out to them, they said they will refund my order amount, however havent recieved any refund. I did ask there chat agents to help me with call with senior managers on issue which they said they will call but never recieved call from last 10 days. I have poured nonveg biryani in my utensils which we are never going to use again and delievering non veg food to vegeterian is very sensitive. Please help

Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I can understand your pain.
The best way to go about is this.
If they are not replying to your emails or calls, write your complaint or disappointment on their social network page. That's the place where all major customer service industry people are scared of, as more than a million people can judge them over just one tweet or post or message.
If that does not work and you are really hurt by what has happened, you will be glad to know that it is a criminal offence to hurt someone's religious beliefs or feelings in India.
Send out a legal notice of the same to the company and they would be very highly obliged to correct their mistake.
Just for reference:
Section 298 in The Indian Penal Code
298. Uttering, words, etc., with deliberate intent to wound the religious feelings of any person.—Whoever, with the deliberate intention of wounding the religious feelings of any person, utters any word or makes any sound in the hearing of that person or makes any gesture in the sight of that person or places, any object in the sight of that person, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.
Please note, that whatever I say here is just my personal belief and in no way whatsoever I am giving out any legal or any other advice to anyone.
