Zomato — Delivered unprepared item

I ordered a cake through zomoto and mention need type message on that cake they type wrong name and after register complaint they provide replacement which was no name in message... after that raising with merchant and zomoto they say we provide replacement and not provide my refund... they spoil my party and my wife's birthday...
