[Resolved] Zomato — delivered waste old dinner | |||||
Dear sir/ madam, Have ordered 5 plate veg dinner to tomato online payment done have received delivery at 7 pm on visharjan day 3 days before but when to have dinner after 1 hour approx 8 pm found dal and sabji got damaged, smelling entire dinner not able to eat, the same was informed immd to delivery boy and concern hotel but of no use, they have not helped us to exchange meals by new one... And adviced us to inform zomato company... Have mailed them and received immd. Response that don't worry sir we are working on it pls bear with us will take care immediately but after that nothing was done till time we borrowed the new fresh food and had our dinner. So it was not done even hotel owner told for eithet refund or for re delivery the next day but till time no response, request you to pls see & take necessary action...
