[Resolved]  Zomato — delivery agent misbehaviour and the order

I was about to place a order and without the confirmation of the payment mehtod and address it did take order.
I don't stay at that place anymore and your customer support didnot help me out in that matter.
And the delivery agent is threatening me in a bad manner. Is it the right thing to do?
And where is the safety for information.

I placed an order for chicken noodles from smoke [protected]@ 8:30 pm on 23 August 2018 through zomato.
But the money was deducted and the order was not placed.
I don't really want the order offer now so, Kindly please look into it and refund the amount as soon as possible.
