Zomato — delivery boy denied to delivery and zomato not refunded my money back.

Zomato says that the address is not correct so we will not refund your money but my address is correct. They are trying to digest my money. If they not then delivery agent trying to digest my sweet (Burfi). So i get nothing and fully wasted my money & time on zomato. When i talked to costumer support they was humble but customer support also trying to fooling me. I was also contacted to [protected]@zomato as said by customer. Now i'm waiting for the replay.
Customer support also says like that.
