Zomato — Delivery charge

I was searching for my food (veg tikki cheese burger)which price was RS-60 and after adding to the bill the price change to RS-140. Shop is near by me 1-2 km aprox from my house instead of that they are costing me RS-40 as delivary charges and remaining as TAX. Such a cheap I am getting it's better to go and bring it from shop itself

Why there is different delivary charge from one same resturant when I am ordering food. Yes both of the food is different but why the delivary charge is varying in same resturant
