Zomato — delivery denied ,as it was raining and reason said was place 9 km away. | |||||
With extreme regret i m writing this. I have ordered on 18th september 2019 friday. Land paid before hand. But to my surprise the delivery man denied delivery saying place is 8-9kms far away. Is this the way. Even the representative called me and insisted to accept cancelation of order and no refund of order there with. He waisted my 1 hour in all this and at 10.30 pm i being a costumer was laid to rest at home without food. I would like to get the issue addressed. Main reason was that it was raining heavily so with mutual understanding the delivery man and zomato representative denied. This incident shows casual approach towards customer or being cheated smartly hiding their mistakes. They next day send a text message that refund initiated and now again through mail denied refund. Sept 22 around 8:30 I have ordered a burger from hungry Kya, Mangalore. I got the order summary but the order status is payment incomplete. And not able to track the order. Try to contact through app support but not able to contact through that. Please refund the money back.
