[Resolved] Zomato — delivery guy misbehaved and no response from customer care | |||
We ordered our food from zomato at 10:15pm and the delivery guy called us at 11 pm. Not only did he talk rudely over the phone as we were giving directions, but also clicked delivered from his side. When we contacted customer chat support, they took a long while just to give us our refund back leaving us without food at 11:50 pm. Almost all the outlets are closed now and we are left hungry. The rude behavior of the delivery guy and the late response from the customer service is greatly disappointing. What good would be refund if we are not able to order again? If zomato isn't able to handle deliveries at night time, they shouldn't accept any orders. At least we could have gone to the nearby vendor to get something instead of hopefully depending for the food. Was this information helpful? | |||
