Zomato — Delivery is too late and customer support or delievery executive not responding properly

Recently gave an order in zomato (Order number: [protected]). I gave an order by 1pm and i was delivered by 2.30pm with food items cold.

Zomato app said the order has been picked up but when i contacted the deliver executive he said he didnt yet pick the order and will the pick the order in 10 mins.

Each time when contacted customer care, they are giving excuses saying will be delivered in 10 mins.. By doing this they dragged it more than 1 hr.

1. Zomato app says incorrect details. It says picked up but in actual its not picked up.
2. Even after 1hr late, the app says delivery on time.
3. Customer care didnt understand the issue customer is facing (hungry). Instead they are interested in giving promo codes.
