Zomato — delivery not done and refund rejected | |||||
They have not delivered the food to the address and instead of given me various reasons in 2 different emails. First they stated that i didn't receive their phone calls but in fact i spoke to both their delivery person and their representative. After which they sent a mail stating incorrect address. They are just throwing excuses in and around the ceiling. This is a common practice even on their facebook page where others have been facing the same problem where they accept an order, don't deliver it, and give an invalid reason to pocket the customer's hard earned money. If this were done by an individual, they would be in jail under charges of cheating someone but if zomato does it, they go unpunished because they are a company. I have attached the screenshot of the email sent by their team listing the different reasons. Was this information helpful? | |||||
