Rm13501 is a employee code name is minaz this person had not delivered the order at proper delivery address and i have not received my cash for what i was charged. I ordered pizza from caprina dahisar west. And he is least bother to solve and not listening at all very rude. I need a refund and action taken and also the acknowledgement. I ordered a cake and I received it completely shattered and not edible. Zomato refused to give me a refund. I tried doing everything but they don't want to refund it. The shop I ordered from disconnected my call. I need help with this.
