I ordered from zomato at 9:58 pm on 09.08.2019 having order number [protected]. After half an hour, i enquired about the order status on zomato chat as the status was showing that the order is on the way. Then i am being told that there is no delivery boy to deliver the order.
I asked them if there is no delivery boy then y did you accept the order and when you accepted then you should have immediately contacted me saying that it cant be fulfilled for so and so reasons. But no one cared to call/contact and when i asked i am being told that delivery boy is not there. I am here waiting, hungry, tired and helpless for almost 45 mins for my order to arrive..
This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional on zomato's part. And after asking again and again the guy on chat support is telling that no delivery boy.. No delivery boy.. Then you wasting my time and not cancelling order immediately...
You guys wasted my time.. If you had informed earlier i would have ordered from somewhere else or whatever.. No.. You like to keep people hungry.. You suck...
I am blacklisting zomato forever and i will never ever recommend someone to order from you...
And yes one last thing, in such a case, you giving 100 credits dosent help... Have some courtsey and be proactive to tell people if the order has gone wrong right away...
