Zomato — didn't get the refund | |||||
Order ID : [protected] Total : Rs.124.68 Date :October 28, 2018 I have ordered Garlic Bread [6 Slices] from Slice of Italy through Zomato. The estimated time of delivery was 40-50 minutes. After an hour I called them and they said it's on the way and will reach me within 30 minutes. I again waited for another 30 minutes and then I called them again to ask rider's number. They said rider will call me and didn't give me his number then I waited for another 20 minutes but no call. Then I called the restaurant and asked for rider's number and they gave it to me. I called rider and he said he is going back because he was trying to reach me for last 20 minutes bu my number was not reachable. Then I asked him which number he was trying to reach me, he mentioned the number that doesn't belong to me. I said I only have this number from which I am calling you. He said there is different number registered with my zomato account. I told him many times that I just have the only one number and don't have any alternate number besides it wasn't the first time I am ordering something from zomato. Riders used to call me on this number. He said he is going back to the restaurant. He asked me to cancel the order. I contacted Zomato but they didn't give me my refund though order wasn't delivered even after waiting for around 2 hours. I need them to give my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
