Zomato — didn't receive my order but status is displayed as delivered

Hi,
I ordered one item item (Order id - [protected]) at 9:44 p. M today.
I never received my order and status was displayed as delivered.
I tried contacting zomato support and waited for more than 40 mins. They never responded.
I tried contacting the delivery boy and his no. Was switched off as well.
This has been continously happening in the past. I am writing this complaint for the last time because i won't be using your service anymore.
I will also make sure that none of friends or family members use zomato.
I will definitely lodge complaint on other forums and would write email to your ceo.
I know only my concern won't affect much but i will make sure that it is on a large scale.
