Zomato — Didn't receive my order nor refund for my order id " "[protected]" on the account of negligence of the company.

I responded and took the call.

The delivery boy asked me the location of my home as the address shown was wrong in his application. So, I redirected him to the correct address.

He said "Sorry mam, the order can't be delivered as the address in my application is wrong." I said him to deliver to the correct address. He denied and said talk to the company.

Ideally, the delivery boy was at fault. So, I need my refund.
