Zomato — didn't receive the order and they marked it as delivered

The rider ananthapuram somshekar is delivering someone else's order and we didn't take it. Upon being aked where is our food he told contact zomato after which neither him nor zomato is responding. And they marked it as delivered. We waited for about 1 hr after which we told to cancel the order and refund the money but they are not responding to that too
