Zomato — didn't received the cashback for one of the transactions

I ordered on 22nd june on zomato and was supposed to get cashback on my order but its been 18 days since i am chasing them on mail and chatting. Everytime that are giving some new excuse like wait for 24 hours or wait for 72 hours. Our server is working slow.

I am attaching customer chat screenshot along with mail which i dropped them twice but no action ha been taken so far.

No action has been taken on this complaint so far. I have written mails also to Zomato but still no replies.

I have paid using zeta card for food order twice on Zomato Jun 28 due to payment failure. I have checked with Zomato and they have refunded it and also shared transaction ref no. Kindly do the needful
