[Resolved] Zomato — escalation on customer support | |||
I have placed mass order on zomato for 90macpuff on August 30, 2018 which was cancelled by MacDonald as they were not able to contact me. I was asked to place another order on COD. I have been trying since then but they have not refunded the amount.Every time I speak to a new member explaining my issue again and again and they have their own exuses that it's not processed or we were not informed about it followed by an assurance that it will be refunded in 5-7days Zomato ID - [protected] MacDonald cancelled id- Hi, your McDelivery order no. CTP-DL[protected] amounting to Rs.3635.00 and store name Centreport has been cancelled. Was this information helpful? | |||
Sep 26, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I posted the issue on Twitter and the zomato customer people called me to know the issue and I got my refund within less than 12hours Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
