[Resolved] Zomato — false promises and caused lot of inconvenience | |
Hi I have been a zomato customer since from quite a long time and also a zomato gold member...in recent times zomato is not keeping up their words... I order from zomato and order gets cancelled or rejected and no one bothers call me to inform the same and where is the money i paid for the order???. So far no updates my money is not returned and also it's so embarrassing that i have recommended zomato to all my friends and family and everyone are facing the same problem... This is going to be the last attempt to get this sorted out... I'm going to take it forward to consumer forum and also i have all the recording and screen of the conversation with zomato customer support...
