[Resolved] Zomato — fault in the app | |||
I bought gold membership yesterday when i was logged in through facebook. I feared that something might get posted on my feed, so i removed facebook from my linked accounts and accidentally i signed out from that account. Now i am unable to log in my zomato account again. It’s gone. My money is gone. I don’t know how to get back that account, now when i try to log in using facebook new account got made. My gold membership was again it barely had been few hours i made payment and my account was gone, zomato customer care is unresponsive mails as well as chats, they wouldn’t even give me their customer care number or address, they made me repeat my problem min. 20 times still gave no solution!
