Zomato — food adequacy and quality | |||
I made an order on 7.7.19 to Mocha Guwahati and item was tandoori chicken sizzler which I received inadequate manner and the quantity was less, rice was smelly felt as if it was from previous night, chicken was burnt which made the while taste bitter and salty. Perhaps to compensate they added salt. It was pathetic and I have thrown it after tasting it. Zomato executive wasn't supportive in terms resolving my issues. Took more time than usual. Couldn't even connect to the restaurant. Whatever be the case I asked them to refund the money as the dish was expensive ie.456 INR. Earlier I ordered too the same item but such an incident didn't happe. Since I didn't get a response from the Zomato so thought to write here and get my money refunded or. 456.
