Non delivery of food causing mental and physical harassment to elderly couple. We ordered food for an elderly couple residing in Munirka who are over 75 years old. They need to take medication post having food and are dependent. We ordered food from Zomato and their partner Rang De Basanti restaurant who failed to deliver food even in 2 hours instead of their assurance of delivering food in 45 mins. This is gross negligence and irresponsible behaviour leading to harassment and causing physical stress to the elderly. Was this information helpful? | |||||
