[Resolved] Zomato — food cancelled after calling me and asking to change the order | |||||
I ordered food on zomato on 1 ~9~2018 At 10:30 as only one restuarant and the confirm message was not coming.. I call the restuarant for confirmation they said that item is out of stock then i got a call from zomato asking me to change the order as that food is out of stock i agreed on to that.. After that i got a message about order cancellation and money refunded.. So at 11 pm at night what ll i do with the money as that wont feed my hunger. I have to stay hungry the whole night just for your zomatos mistake first that not showing me the food is out of order and second mistake is they called me to change the order and i agreed on that after that they cancelled it, at 11 o clock no restaurant is opened what ll i eat now... I need propwe justification and compensation for this that i have to stay hungry the whole night for zomatos mistake Was this information helpful? | |||||

The pizza I ordered is totally destroyed as it's cheese is properly stucked with box and their crust is very hard
