I had ordered a pizza from olivia on 27 jan 2019. So before ordering i had updated my address to juhu. (Previous address was khar west). But somehow the app didn't picked up the updated address and the delivery guy went to khar west for the delivery. So as the delivery guy could not come to juhu for the delivery he cancelled the deliver without even informing me and i was charged penalty because your (Zomato) didn't picked up the updated address Was this information helpful? | |||

They said they will issue refund in 24 hrs and still havent issued a refund to my zomato wallet even after 48 hrs of waiting and keep delaying whenever i message them and say do this do that . wat do i do with yhis company

This company is not giving me refund for such an pathetic order... And also they provide the wrong item for coke. also the order was raw and food was smelling bad.
