Zomato — food delivery by zomato

I ordered food yesterday and paid through bank for 410/- but i did bot get food nor refund i need the money back if money is taken it should be delivered or the funds need to be returned i need my money to be returned as early as possible there is no communication from zomato regarding the non delivery all others send messages about refund and failure.
