Zomato — food I ordered that was not delivered to me. | |||
Hi, I have placed an order from tasty bites restaurant, bypass road, ashoka enclave part ii, sector 37, faridabad, haryana on 2nd october 2019 at 20:10. I placed an order, the delivery person picked up the order from the restaurant but did not deliver it to my given address. When i contacted to zomato chat they cancelled and said that the money will refunded till 11th october 2019. This is second time that delivery person did not deliver food to my address. My point is that if delivery person swicth of his phone zomato guys are helpless to track him, zomato ever think that it is serious security concern. Appreciate your prompt and positive action and refund my money as soon as possible. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
