I have used this app a lot of times but at least 4-5 times i have ordered food and after waiting for a minimum of an hour in each case i have been told my order is cancelled and the amount will be refunded only after 5-7 working days. If they cant delivery why the hell do they accept the order in the first place. They cut the amount for the order immediately but then cancel the order and refund the amount only after 5-7 working days. They make people wait for their orders hoping to get their orders and then after all the wait they say it has been cancelled and may a times that has caused the other restaurants to shut due to which the person ends up remaining hungry because of the screw up of zomato.
