Zomato — food not delivered after payment is done | |||||
I have ordered with order#[protected] on friday nov 2nd 2018 in zomato. I have mentioned my address clearly in the order. When the executive called me for delivery, i didn't lift the call and i have called him within 5minutes. We use to order regularly and every delivery person will drop the parcel at reception and leave. But, this guy didn't drop anything. When i called him after 5minutes, i asked him about his location to pickup my parcel. He mentioned that he gave the order back to kfc. So, i travelled to kfc and requested for the same. They mentioned that no one returned the parcel. When i called the delivery executive again, he is telling that parcel is not returned and packet is with him. So, i asked him the location to pickup. He told that he cannot share the location and order is cancelled. Amount will be transferred back. When i informed same in the chat support and email, executive is telling that amount will not be refunded. So, whom should i reach now for the refund of amount. I have all phone recordings and chat history as well for the verification of your perusal. There is no where mentioned that phone should be lifted in 5minutes to deliver, else order will be cancelled and money will not be refunded. I have given proper address, landmark which is very famous in begumpet. I would like to seek your help for the refund of amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
