Zomato — food not delivered amount not refunded | |||
I have ordered a food on 13/09/2019 with order i'd:[protected] of rs.136/- for which i did not receive the order and it is marked as delivered in app and i haven't received the refund yet. Always customer service representatives are asking me wait for 48 which i did already but no response from them. Very worst experience i had with zomato, all other companies will resolve the query immediately expect zomato guys. I want to file a case on zomato people. The delivery boy was very rude on call and all chat representatives are useless they are sending me to wait for 48 hours and disconnecting the chat immediately, no responsibility towards the customer query. Now i received a response from them stating that they will not refund my money and simply sorry, i am been harassed by zomato. Please file a case. At any cost i need my refund. I tried to order a cake from zomato but the payment failed. I did it 4 times, but same thing happened. On 5th attempt I was able to do the order. As usual money has been deducted for the following 4 failed orders. I need my refund
