[Resolved] Zomato — food not delivered and not taking liability for it. | |||||
I had ordered food from zomato website dated[protected] under their exclusive offer scheme from the restaurant "atithi". Restaurant has accepted the order by 1:45 pm and was supposed to be delivered by zomato at 2:22pm which consisted of vegetarian meals bearing price of 59 rupees and it was assigned to their delivery executive and he went near restaurant as well, i checked on the status upon reaching home at 2:10 pm and it was still in kitchen being prepared and i placed my concern with zomato regarding this and they said he would be delivering in 12-15 minutes. So, i got on with the wait and after seeing as though the food wasn't delivered even upon crossing 2:35pm i reported my concern and out of nowhere pops your food has been delivered rate us. When i took up the issue... Zomato held me a liar on the issue and took the delivery boy's words for it. They say to consider this as an exception itseems. I need resolvement on this.
