Zomato — food not delivered and rider misbehaves | |||
Hi, I order today on 2nd sept2019 through zomato from samrat sweets manesar amouting rs 189/- paid online. I waited for 15 minutes and then tracked rider on the app. I saw him steady for about 5 mins so i called him and asked him his whereabouts. He told me that he delievered the food to security gaurd as i told him to do so, but i never called him and he cut the phone. I again called him to deliever the food to my address but he start abusing and threatning me and again cut the phone. I called to samrat sweets and they told that this not there concern ask to zomato for this. I feel helpless so i contacted on chat support on which they put a request for the refund which will credit in 5 to 7 days. But this is not the solution of the problem. I feel humiliated.
