I had ordered food today on zomato and paid online. The food was supposed to be delivered at 9:00 pm. But, i just got an update on the app that the food is delivered! Whereas, i did not receive the food. I immediately contacted the customer care on chat (As there is no customer care phone number), i was answered rudely.
They said, i did not answer the call and the delivery guy knocked the door. When i called the delivery guy, he said i came to fourth floor and knocked your door (I live on 3rd floor). I think zomato did not give a phone to these people either - he should have called me! He did not!
Now the delivery guy says, i will deliver your order after half an hour. When i told the customer care that i don't want to eat cold food and want a refund for this order, they said we won't be able to refund your money!
I want to ask the zomato team - is this how you deal with your customers?
Hereafter, i suggest no one to order from zomato. This is ridiculous! Was this information helpful? |
