Hi,
I had order for food on the 31st jan at 12:30 pm from zomato and it was to be delivered within 43 mins. As per the service for which i paid rs 10 extra, if the food doesnot get delivered ontime, i will get the food and the refund.
After 2 hours, delivery never happened and the chat rep wanted to cancel the order and only said the refund will happen.
This is the worst experience i have had and sad to see that an organization like zomato is not willing to take responsbility.
