Zomato — food not delivered but still not getting refund of amount deducted from my bank account

On 12 april 2019 i had placed an order with zomato for delivery. Later my order was not delivered to me. Amount was deducted from my bank account as i made online payment. Later i received a message from zomato that they will give me refund in 2-7 working days. But its been more then 15 working days my refund is not deposited in my account. My id is [protected]. Refund amount is rs 392/-. My refund is already delayed by many days so take action asap.
