Zomato — food order cancelled after money debited | |||
I ordered for food on line on zomato site, the monies were debited from pay pal account, after 20 minutes the rider called and said the address is 10 kms away and it's night and he will not come. Subsequently zomato called and said the same, i reordered from another restaurant and got my dinner but the amount that was debited for my cancelled order by zomato was not credited to me. This is a malpractice and must be stopped immediately, on further enquiring with friends in delhi it seems this is malpractice is most prevalent in delhi. Was this information helpful? | |||
