[Resolved] Zomato — food order lunch | |||||
Ordered food from zomato, it took 40min and when i started chatting with the customer support which is highly ignorant and cancelled my order. Then i called the driver he told it was cancelled from their side. As per driver the app isn't functioning well. Then i ordered again, the same thing, exactly same thing happened, they cancelled. It's been 2 hours playing around with zomato. There isn't customer care to contact, order address the greviences or whatever. Another money making thing, who cares about customer is it??
