Hi day before yesterday i have ordered from zomato sai sweet accepted the order but they have not available those things which i have ordered so zomato guy called me i said i dont want other things so pls cancel the order he said you cab cancel from app so i cancelled the same time then zomato msg came the food is prepared then you have cancelled so it will not refund but here the fault has done by restaurant and zomato guy why customer suffering and lost his money.
Please do the neesful i have attached the order screenshot.

Updated by Montyshallu15 Order cancellee by restaurant they deducted my money saying i will not refund bcoz food is prepared then u cancelled but they dont have availability thats why i cancelled why i lost money this is restaurant fault they accepted the order and after they refused they dont have these things.
