[Resolved]  Zomato — food ordered from one hotel is spoiled

Hello, i have ordered a dish in zomato i thought the food will be nice but i am surprised to see the food spoiled when i got my food delivered. Some kind of bad and spoiled smell is coming from food. Even the hotel management or zomato members are not satisfying the customers instructions for delivery. How are you dealing with such an unreputed hotels. I just wasted my money by ordering that. Please give back the money i have paid you for the order.

I had ordered donuts from Mad Over Donuts, Phoenix Market City, Pune. They cancelled the food order themselves and I had made the payment of Rs 374 online, the same has still not been refunded. Please refund the same amount as soon as possible .
