This is with the continuation of third grievance logged against zomato on same platform with their unsupportive behaviour previous the following are the grievance number:"2108124", "1933329", the company is resolving comments that they have dropped me the resolution email but the thing is that they are not sending any single resolution email and still not unlocking my account, again repeating the details are as follows i have ordered from zomato on january 28/01/2019 and complaint on 29/01/2020, order id #[protected], i compalint about the bad quality food after which zomato refunded me the amount of 235 and after 24 hours they disabled my account, i already mailed to "[protected]@zomato.com", but didn't get any response and solution from them, they told suspicious activity, to report for a bad quality food is a suspecious activity??, request you to please help over here and give solution, so kindly unlock my account on urgent basis.
