I have ordered the food from zomato app and I have mentioned the jain food but i got non-jain food on 11th august 2019. My order i'd is [protected] Thereafter i contacted to zomato support and they said they'll refund cash in my bank account in 5-7 working days but they didn't refund my cash And then i have sent a mail to @[protected]@zomatocd. Zendesk.com And they are saying we'll not refund you cash As i have attached the photo. Was this information helpful? | |||

I booked food order but some technical issue book late so I did booked again so after. Two orders. Booked that's why two Oders cancel but refund not return until pls kindly see this issues. My orders cancel nos [protected]...[protected]
