[Resolved] Zomato — food spillage | |||||
Hello, we ordered dinner from main land china - orion mall yesterday through zomato food delivery. Date - 19th may 2018, Order id - [protected]. One item vegetables in thai green curry - cost 495 - spilt more than 2/3rds before it could be delivered to us by the delivery person. The delivery person said he requested the restaurant to tape the container but the restaurant was busy and they didnt do it. He and i spoke to someone at zomato (While the delivery person was still there), since it was already 9.20 pm, we agreed for refund than delivering the dish again. But now i am not getting any proper response from zomato customer service. Please help to get refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
