I tried sending an email to the customer care over 6-7 times but did not get a valid response nor did I get an explanation from restaurant.
I'm Vaishnavi and I want to let you know about the poor experience from Oye Kiddan. I never write long emails or complaints but this time I have no option but to bring it to your notice.
1. Butter Chicken: It was cold. Not room temperature cold but refrigerator cold. It was stale left over from yesterday that was preserved. NOT FRESHLY MADE. Didnt even try to cover it up by microwaving the food.
2. Chicken Biryani: Biryani was again ice cold with bits of rice in ice clumps and uncooked "pinkish" chicken pieces. It was obviously left over from day before. This time it was also spoilt. The weird smell and aftertaste you get of left over food.
I think the mishap happened because I placed order immediately after the restaurant opened at 12pm. I went after the reviews but I'm disappointed. I have to throw it all away because theres no point in giving it away to the maid either because then she will fall sick.
My 3 year old daughter has gone all red and has been puking for the last 15 minutes. I request you to refund me the entire amount through bank account or paytm, preferably bank account. I will mention my bank account number if needed.
